These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kyngs website and services. By visiting the site, opening an account, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services. Kyngs is operated by 130 Group N.V. under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if it is higher, to register or play at Kyngs. By opening an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that gambling is legal in the place where you live. We may ask you to prove your age and identity at any time, and we can suspend access until you do.
Your Account
You may open only one account. It must be in your own name, with accurate and current details, and it is for your personal use rather than any commercial purpose. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for any activity that takes place under your account. Tell our support team straight away if you suspect someone else has accessed it.
We may refuse to open an account, or close an existing one, if the information you provide is false, duplicated, or incomplete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and come from a legitimate source. All payments are processed in the currency you select at registration. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC), and we may request further documents to meet our anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawals are paid to a verified payment method in your name. We may apply processing times, minimum and maximum limits, and checks described in our payment and promotions pages.
Bonuses and Promotions
Every bonus carries its own terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game contributions, and expiry dates. By claiming a bonus, you accept those terms alongside these general conditions. We may withdraw a bonus, or void winnings from it, if we find that a player has misused an offer, placed bets above the permitted maximum, or attempted to gain an unfair advantage.
Responsible Gambling

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Account Closure and Suspension
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we suspect fraud or money laundering. Where an account is closed, any remaining balance is returned to you, subject to the verification and anti-money-laundering checks described above.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date shown. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, where Kyngs is licensed and operated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved with our support team will be handled under that jurisdiction.
